#18 Pointlessly inaccurate. Everyone's metabolic rate is different from one another.
You are right about #13, however, you should realize that they are probably taking an average, to inspire people to take the stairs. Of course, different factors, like metabolic rate, amount of luggage carried and body mass will affect this average, but everyone will burn calories.
It is a nuclear missle launch panel. 'I dont care' means feeling lucky with the target.
