just to be clear:
In 2004 was an extended version in the cinemas.
About 9 hours of movie time, 75€ entrance fee, free drinks, two meal breaks with free food.
That was really ONE single movie, albeit this was all the three parts.

I agree, my favorite movie is the one that matches my mood at the time. A favorite movie may also not be a great movie, it could even be a really bad film that is just enjoyable to watch. I personally don’t like films that replace good writing with car chases, explosions and unnecessary emotionless sex or to sell video games, amusement park rides or part 2, 3, 4, 5 ……
