People still don't get it: the problem isn't the hijab. The problem is men telling women what they should wear.
It's not important if the moral police is forcing women to wear the hijab or if it's forcing them to not wear the hijab. A moral police is a moral police.

Fun fact: the democratic president of Iran was overthrown by the CIA and replaced by a dictator. The people got rid of him eventually, but the religious extremists got the power. This could be a peaceful, democratic country without the US

You obviously don't understand religion OR politics, and are looyer than any "progressives" to even say the stupid thing you just said. The fear of pain and death is the only reason to want to wear something "moral". And until people stop threatening them of course they will want to wear it. The instant they leave the area and fear is gone so is the desire to protect themselves, and then they can wear it by personal religious choice.
