Same goes to #1 ;)
Either way it's ugly
As German I can confirm. It was highly annoying and weird. Walmart was just a brief moment here in Germany. They didn't have time to take a photo.
absolutely:
I remember having red about
- first unisex changing rooms, then
- video surveillance in (finally women's) changing rooms
- watching employees through wallholes
- hire and fire like we would have been under american laws
- no payd holiday, no free health insurance (both mandatory in Germany)
- working overtime over the "Arbeitszeitschutzgesetz"
- paying late and low.
But it's not only Walmart:
Today, the police arrested an "Amazon Prime" driver who just caused an accident while driving drunk, without a driving license but against the direction on the Autobahn A1 near Bad Oldesloe
We all know about much more accidents than the German average in Tesla's Gigafactory in Brandenburg, violating not only OSHA rules but also many enviroment rules (exactly Tesla should care for that the most)
American companies form a weird image of their country's moral for the rest of the world.
That observation just had me cackle! :D
