#15 Thats because it's watered out - the alcohol level is 0,4 % lower in Utah. Just like Norway - beer sold in grocery stores are maximum 4,75. You have to go to an special liquershop (Vinmonopolet) to buy stronger beer (and wine, spirits and so on)
