Hmmmm....It does seem as if either spelling of "you're" or "your" is applicable. But, the omission of 'is' makes it ambiguous. She's probably referring to herself, but is it 1st person or 2nd person vernacular? Either way...it's not nearly as irritating as 'irregardless.'
