could be because of the density difference of air and skin. take one cubic meter of train station air and then measure the mass of air and skin.

#1 anyway vacuum is best temperature insulator. For us vacuum temperature is theoretical low limit we can reach there. So, you will lose your warmth very slow. I'd worry about decompression or sun heat first.
