Christine, First of all you dont need that plastic wrapper and shouldnt use it.
It does nothing to help.
Take the "normal"sweet potato, wash it, Pat it dry, weil it, 5 minutes Into the microwaves, done.
No one needs that plastic wrapper

Ditus, that isnt "normal" toothpaste.
This toothpaste is uv reaktive.
After brushing your teeth you See supposed to use a special uv-b Lamp to activate the whitening Effect.
In my opinion ist a dump Thing to do. You are bombarding your Tooth and gum with uv light and free radical uncontrolled.
Go to a Dentist for that
