I worked for blackfish at N.A.R.A in Kansas city MO, and was fired for clocking in at the gate too early. Their policy is you are NOT to put in a 40 hour work week. YOU CANNOT BE ONSITE EARLY (inside the gated area, separate from the the public area) as it is considered you are due overtime in a forty hour workweek.

no US unions are shit because you run them like for-profit businesses because you don't know any better.
A lot of these policies are in response to unions and their rules. Clocking in and out becomes a major issue with some union contracts.
