Have something similar at work, as a teacher. Hard candies and dark chocolates (50%) come very much in handy when you are asked to attend mandatory meetings weekly that go right up to the legal limit of the working hours or when it is the end of the semester and suddenly administrative tasks spike.

Been there done that. Take the nice walk through the woods not the short from the parking lot. Very crowded, be early or you queue a long time
