Jonathan,

Those who give the awards are grading on some weird criteria, which do NOT encourage safe or healthy breeding. If they updated the real breed expectations, then people would stop the insanity of eye-popping, brain severing, hip dysplasia, and inbreeding. Perhaps if dog had to be at least 5-10 and in perfect health before being entered.

#33 What kind of eagle? A Serpent eagle or a Philippine eagle? Male or female? This item isn't a fact just terribly incomplete.

Kathleen, on the other hand you have the Pollo vaccine the Inventor didnt Patent it st all and forbade everyone to patent it.

That saved millions without costs.

Even following vaccine derived with the same technic couldnt be patented

Cedric,

On 23 January 1923, Banting, Collip and Best were awarded U.S. patents on insulin and the method used to make it. They all sold these patents to the University of Toronto for $1 each. Banting famously said, “Insulin does not belong to me, it belongs to the world.” He wanted everyone who needed it to have access to it.
and immediately the US pharma industry had $ sign in their eyes.
