The British pluralize it for some reason. American's simply say 'math' knowing that it already encompasses all known variations of math. Saying "Maths" is already awkward to articulate mouthing the 'th' and 's' simultaneously. But, calling all math "maths" is like calling various types of sheep, 'sheeps.'
