Re: #11 - not so. The truck tows the trailer with the plane. That moves air over the wings. When the air speed supplies sufficient lift, the plane can take off. A plane like that, designed for short takeoffs, often needs no more than 20-30 mph air moving over the wings.
It is relative to the air. That's what's important.
Otherwise you could say it can't take off because it is stationary relative to the wheels.
