IV
IV is fine, I think it's the two IXs that are the problem
the number 4 should be IV, not IIII. Also, the 7 should be VII not VI, but its possible one of the I's is covered with the minute hand. Finally, the 11 should be XI, not IX
Maybe I am the only one with the dirty mind...
