Thomas McIntyre is a fresh food manager in Northern Ireland but started gaining weight when he stopped playing football 20 years ago.
Now 43 years old, he has recently won the title of “Slimming World Man of the Year” since losing 246 lbs. The lowest point for Thomas was getting stuck in a football ground turnstile last year but since deciding to lose the weight he is not only happier but healthier too. For the first time he is learning to drive and hopes to start a family too.
