Helen Gillespie has been on a quest to stay young since the age of ten and has gone to extreme measures to achieve it.
Helen, who now 30 years old, was so obsessed by the thought of getting older that she actually tried to stop herself from aging by becoming anorexic. But sadly in her quest for eternal youth, she has starved her body so severely that her body is actually aging prematurely and she has the bones of a 70 year old. She weighs only 84 lbs and as a result of missing puberty, she has never developed breasts or hips either.
