These lizards, known as Agama Mwanzae, can be found in Tanzania, Rwanda and Kenya. Their skin closely resembles that of the neighborhood Spider-Man.
In August, rangers in Mikumi National Park, Tanzania, managed to free this young lion after it had been caught in a poacher's snare for three years and had been kept alive by his pride, who brought him food. The lion was recently spotted making a slow recovery.

Located in Fukuoka, Japan, this island is a cat’s playground and many cats roam the streets, boatyards, porches and houses of the city. The local fisherman feed the cats from their leftover catch.
