We’ve all experiences shitty and WTF situations at least once in our lives. “Paris vs New York, a tally of two cities”, this is the series of posters about Paris and New York, comparing the two cities. Here’s what the author wrote about his work: “A friendly visual match between those two cities, as seen by a Parisian-based-lover on New York's details, clichés and contradictions.”

The streets of New York City have a wide array of people and sights to see. These photos were taken in 1974. From the musicians to the shops to something as simple as railroad tracks it is all very grand. But then again, they don’t call it the big apple for nothing.

These are some beautiful cemetery sculptures. Many are of angels, some are older than others, some are realistic, and they all are incredible. It took some truly gifted artists to sculpt these wonderful sculptures.

These amazing ships are all made of Legos. Most of them are large, some are small, and they are all realistic. It must have taken months for these amazing ships to be assembled. They are truly incredible works of art.  

For years now it has become popular for loving couples to write messages on a padlock and attach them to certain landmarks. This is done all over the world. It shows a couple’s undying love for one another and supposedly brings good luck.

This is a hair weave work by Chinese Zhang Dexuan, 66. He’s weaving portraits on hair, a technique invented by his grandmother. Zhang learned the skill in 2 years and accomplished his first portrait before he turned 30. He normally makes miniature portraits, working with magnifier.

The only sad thing about it is as he doesn’t have a descendant to transmit the skill now, it may be lost in future..

People have always had a love of the water, and these ten houseboats show us exactly how crazy people can get when they design a houseboat for fun and pleasure.

This is a great collection of smart logos with the hidden message.

Some, of course, are obvious, but some, to fully understand them, you need to the story or explanation, or even a little puzzle. For me, these are the best logos in terms of design.

This is known as the Dead Drops Project. It was designed to share files peer to peer and be anonymous offline. There is a readme.txt file that explains the project. What’s so unconventional about it is that a person can plug their laptop into a pole, wall, or building to use it.

This is Johnny Depp’s yacht named the Vajoliroja. It features snorkeling gear, water skis, windsurfers, two kayaks, a 60hp Nautica tender, and a 115hp Ranieri Soverato tender. It is powered by two 480hp Caterpillar engines, has a max speed of 14 knots, and is 156ft. long.

This is a giant landslide in Schmalkalden, Germany. Although the cause of the landslide isn’t known, what is known is the amount of devastation it caused. One of the things it caused was a tremendous hole right in the middle of a road.

This is a concept of the super yacht Beluga, Emperor of the Seven Seas. It won the best new super yacht concept at the last boat show in Monica. The yacht has a sunroof, small vegetable garden, palm trees, library, and a whiskey bar. It is very futuristic and worth $200,000,000.

Although this may seem strange, these are photos of bear crap. It is a rather interesting fact that you can tell exactly what the bear has had to eat by what it craps. Apparently this bear is a vegetarian. You can tell by looking at its crap.

There are many abandoned buildings in San Francisco. Here are the photos of some of them which were taken by photographer Joseph Schell. Judging from all the graffiti, apparently all these places continue to have visitors from time to time although they have long been vacated. I'd love to visit some of them.
