Kids who are left unattended can be a nuisance and require a lot of attention. I suppose that is why the signs in these photos are so funny, to make light of a bad situation.

American artist Jason Shelowitz known as jayshells has started a “Subway Etiquette” poster campaign in New York. Over 400 posters with rules on how to behave in the subway are put up on lines around the city. What do you think about this?

Images that you will see inside this post are very unique. This art presented by Istvan Orosz is called Anamorphosis. This renewed Chinese technique shows you the real image only when you have a special device or a specific vantage point to reconstitute it.

This technique was used by Leonardo da Vinci and other Renaissance artists (the art was brought to Italy in the 16th century). And now Istvan Orosz has mastered this 3-D art. He uses mirror Anamorphosis: places a mirror on the drawing transforming a flat image into a three dimensional picture. You can see more after the jump.

I am ok with tattoos and piercings. However this guy shocked me so much, I still can’t forget his crazy face and… lips. You have no idea what he did with himself! But he seems to be happy about his appearance and enjoys taking pictures with other people. This is totally nuts, I warn you!

One would think that with the two great characteristics such as opposing thumbs and advanced brains, humans would be able to come up with some really useful inventions. Well, it would appear from the photos that sometimes the creative process becomes a disturbing mix of lack of common skill and sense, a strange sort of genius, and perhaps a little too much alcohol. The result is very dumb inventions.

This is a textile strap created by Chilean architect Alejandro Aravena.
It is called Chairless. It helps to stabilize your body while sitting and relieve tension.
In other words, a good tool for lazy people. But I must admit that I’d like to have one ;)

Most of us have felt the need to use our inventive skills at one time or another. However, these photos represent the times when we should have simply called a professional. They are some examples of when things should not be homemade. However, they are funny.

Circular Saw

We wrote about the Hoover Dam Bypass project before. The main portion of it is the Colorado River Bridge that should be built by the end of 2010. This bridge will connect the Arizona  and Nevada Approach highways. Now you can enjoy the new photos as they are truly wonderful.

The little ones enjoy screaming. This can be said both about children and kittens. Who screams the best in your opinion?

This is the line at one Chinese university campus for enrollment.

Creators really put imagination into these toys. Maybe someone will find them really creative but seeing Darth Vader on a police motorcycle is still really weird :)

Dogs are awesome creatures, we don’t call them men’s best friends for no reason, but dogs are not always… smart!
Some of them can eat things you could hardly think it is possible to swallow, I’m not talking about poo… no, I’m more thinking about items such as forks, soccer balls… and lots of other crazy things!
