This combination of a classical art and a modern form of self-expression creates 3D tattoos which look like they’ve been sewn into the skin.

Japanese artist Haruki, better known as Twitter user @02ESyRaez4VhR2l, transforms used Japanese snack boxes into realistic figures. His artwork has a name in Japanese and it is called “Kiries” or “Kirigami” – the art of paper-cutting. Kirie is more associated with traditional Japanese art, but Haruki does it in his own creative way.
