Slovenian ancestors lived in similar houses, built with a 5,000-year-old technology. Now this technology (steel carcass with clay, sand and wheat straw) is used to build houses for all the hobbits out there.

The VVIP Dreamliner B787 Dreamjet, also known as “the flying penthouse” is a huge private aircraft that’s capable of carrying up to 40 passengers and accommodate them with an entertainment and study lounge, dedicated dining spaces, an en-suite master bedroom with a 42-inch TV, a dressing room and an enormous hotel-style bathroom complete with a shower, and lots-lots more. The aircraft can be chartered for around $26,000 per hour – that’s $650 per person if there is the maximum number of passengers.
