This may not be the smallest house in the world, but it is in Toronto.
It has a living room, kitchen and bedroom. This entire house sits on a parcel of land 7.25 feet wide and 113.67 feet long. Its interior surface e is slightly under 30o square. Behind the house, you have even a small cute patio)

It's only for $173,000

If you look closely in the second picture, the wall the TV is against, thats where the bathroom is.
Its extremely small, your feet would be sticking out the door, and if your not a midget you better forget the shower. I've actually been inside the house, i wouldn't buy it , i wouldn't stay there for a night.
But it does look like its been fixed up a bit

It's actually a nice looking place in the photos from what I can see. The price isn't fair at all though. I dunno how much houses in Canada are, but in the US where I live you could buy a nice 3 bed 2.5 bath house for 73,000 less the way the economy is right now.
