When cat is on leash, you can be sure it wont be hitted by car or attacked.

How imbecile is the person who tied that poor cat's leash to a LP gas tank?
Even worse!!! there is a small bed and two cups for water and food. That makes me think said arrangement is more permanent than temporary.

That particular picture completely ruined up the rest.
