i know few of people who are transgender.

basically when you are developing (before you were born) you are separated into 2 separate sections. your mind and your body.
your body depicts what you look like and your body gender, whereas you mind depicts who you are, what you think.
im most cases the gender of the two are the same. however in this guys case his mind was male and his body female.

for FTM (female to male) you can actually be disgusted with your body. some wear binders to hold down the breast and this can be really painful... im a girl through and through and i would hate having my boobs held down tightly like the binders do. surgery basically takes away the breast tissue. making the person alot more comfortable.
there also have testosterone injects, which makes the person go through male puberty, such has hair growth and deepened voice.

when i comes to their "nether regains" the surgery needed, if the person wanted it, is a tough process and has alot of scaring.

there are also MTF (male to female) but i don't know anyone, so cant say anything about it.

i wanted to clear all of that up because i'm reading such obnoxious and narrow minded responses.

I go to a forum and know several transgendered/other "gender-queer" people. I feel so great for him, it takes real guts to stand up to people and be who you want to be... for many biologically female people who identify with a gender other than female, having breasts can be awful. It can lead to body dysphoria, gender dysphoria, low self-confidence... if it is making him happier, people have no right to flame him for his choice.

Cisgendered people usually don't understand what it is like to be trans; try going to AVEN or WhatIsGender to actually meet and hang out with gender-queer people. They're very nice and will answer any questions you have as long as you phrase them respectfully.

the reason alot of asians have completely expressionless faces, only associate with asians and dont associate with non asians very much is to avoid accidentally revealing that they can read read minds, if all over a billion asians were to show facial expressions all the time just as much as non asians, associate with non asians much more, and be much more friendly and talkative, then alot of them might accidentally reveal that they can read minds by accidentally showing a facial expression or dirty look when someone thinks, or visually pictures something in their mind they dont like or find astonishing or funny, and if they were all to associate with non asians alot more there would be alot more people around for them to accidentally show facial expressions when those other people think things they dont like, so they only associate with asians so there wont be anyone around for them to see that and have any accidents happen in the first place

think about it, its not normal how alot of them act, and the entire way they act is all to hide their mind reading abilities, it makes perfect sense to do all of that to hide that they can read minds, because all of that is the perfect way to do it!
