Gloucestershire Cheese Rolling is an annual event held in England. Traditionally, only local villagers participated in it. Now the event became international. The tradition is at least 200 years old. A round of Double Gloucester cheese is rolled from the top of the hill, and contenders run down the hill and try to catch it. But as the cheese is rolled one second before they start to race, it gains speed up to 70mph (112 km/h). A large number of participants are injured every year.
