They are showing extreamly altered pictures of themselves and claiming that that is what they look like. The first example is the photo she put online, and then what she really looks like. Big difference isn't it? The second reverses it, with a picture of what the girl really looks like on the left and the photoshoped image of herself on the right. The post is trying to show that on the internet, things aren't always as they seem. The picture you think is cute of the second girl is a photoshoped image of the girl on the left.

The girl on the bottom pictures does not Photoshop :) she uses lots of make up and contact lenses and eyeglue to make her eyes look bigger , I watched it on Youtube. Just shows how much someone can change themselves :O!
