this "advice" is so contradicting.
there are so many technical problems to these photo's i don't understand why anyone in their right mind would take this literally.
i didn't even bother reading the rest after the first 10.
you're definatly confusing skill with common logic.
read some books about photography and take a class.

This is criticizing the common mistakes people make when taking pictures. Also, the grammar is perfectly fine. maybe you have a reading problem.

I disagree with a lot of these. Over-saturation is good in most instances, framing the subject off-center makes a portrait more interesting, taking pics of politicians while they look stupid is much more indicative of their true personalities, allowing your shadow to show in a portrait tells a story (adding interest), and #66 is way hot.
