All of these bullets date back to the 19th century, or more precisely to the Crimean War. But they resemble some kind of “mini-bombs”.
I can imagine what damage could cause such “giants” to the human body.
For comparison, on the last one in the lower right corner you can see a bullet from a 5,45mm АК-74. As for me, the difference is obvious.

Wrong, АК-74 5,45 mm bullets are much more destructive than that ones :D 1- Because the impact is greater... 2- Because the 5,45mm bullets enter into the body and moves disorderly creating big intern wonds
