I can go into SE Washington D.C or any major cities in the US and do the same thing, if I don't get mugged or shot first. Plus it looks like they were caught by surveillance seeing as how the photo's were posted by BBC news.
THey are replica ? haha..first of all you cant see that,cus the blades are non visible,and even if they are replica....i got a replica katana hanging on my wall...want to test if it can pierce through your skin or not ? i dont think you will.
