Highly doubt that the first car was actually built in Japan. Most Japanese cars are now built in the respective country that they are being sold in. Check the VIN number and you'll be able to tell. Those shops are unfortunately run the way their shop manager/president sees fit. That doesn't always reflect the company's policies. The fact that these pictures are taken in China...it wouldn't be too far fetched to say that this is probably a Toyota knock-off created by some factory in China. Who knows!
