no way, that´s bad! why it´s that? i thought that the cheap labor and cheap materials was only for foreign companies to make lower prices the production not for the chinese people itself and their homes!
The building company probably had chosen the cheapest material and paid some extra money to someone behind a desk to ignore the bad construction.. happens everywhere.
