So many of these celebs you have pictured here have had plastic surgery. Brad Pitt? Both pictures of his ears splayed outwards are while wearing a hat while the so-called after surgery pictures are without the hats. I never had plastic surgery but when I wear a hat my ears are pushed downward and outward from wearing one on most occassions.
Also, Scarlette Johansson's nose and cheeks have never been altered by anything other than age and angle of camera lens/airbrushing.
Victoria Principal was married to a plastic surgeon. Cher has admitted to plastic surgery for years. Ashley Simpson's nose after surgery looks much better and Victoria Beckham's boobs merely make her look like more of a freak of anorexic nature.
If any of you can't look at celebs pictures without realizing that airbrushing is by far the most guilty for transforming their looks and leading us to believe they actually look so perfect, then you all deserve to live in La-La-Land. You also deserve to be called idiots by those of us who know better.

I agree pitterpat some people just aged and/or lost weight and dont forget makeup artist and different styles between the time period the pic was taken. some people just had thicker eyebrows. this was a poor example and Paris Hilton said she stuffs her bra if she actually had implants it would be everywhere. I wonder if everyone looks the same exact way they did in elementary/ HS to now.
hahahhahahah thats funny... some celebrties used to look better before they had plastic surgries, and some of them look better after they had plastic surgeries , But for me, beauty is the natural look although if u know that u would look better if you make at least 1 plastic surgery, doesnt matter:)
Don't think Mariah Carey had a boob job. During her first marriage, she dressed conservatively. When she divorced, she started wearing the slutty clothing and showing more TnA.
some of them obviously had work done but a good portion of these pix are entirely outdated and it seems like some people don't quite understand the HUGE difference makeup, angles, lighting, and "picture touch ups / airbrushing" can really make. Or the difference AGE can make. (some of these before/after compare people barely out of their teens to themselves after their 30's well DUH they're going to look different! O.O) Or the difference a change in *weight* can make. The only thing I feel this post has really accomplished or proven is "don't believe every picture you see.. or every person posting them on the internet." O.o

Meaning that there makeup is done in a way to make undesirable features such as the nose or the forehead look different
Some of the b4 pix are really old + after pix quite new + most b4 + after pix are so different - different make up lighting, etc. that it's hard 2 tell if it's plastic surgery or different style of pic.
Still I think it's obvious that a little good plastic surgery works, but too much - + I think a good surgeon would/ should refuse 2 do too much - can't work, it's just not possible physically, u can't stretch skin infinitely...
+ I think 1 of the most shocking examples is Heidi Montag, who nowadays looks like a bad joke (@ 25, 26?)
Age changes -- especially after 50. EVERYBODY has that. IF they can afford it, and want to do it, more power to 'em. I would have to have Alot of confidence in the surgeon. There's too much pain envoled.
