better to know now than to turn into a drag queen or hide her sexuality...thank god she had open minded parents...things like this aren't always ugly or bad or wrong...mistakes happen, some of them show themselves in physical invalidity, some in serious genetic illnesses, and some are, well, like this case, transgenderism!
I am so happy for you Josie. You have great parents who are saving you from years of pain and suffering. I knew I was a girl by the time I was four years old. It took me many years to finally live as a woman and I never look back. Pink is not my color and I do not like to wear dresses. I mostly wear jeans and a blouse but I sometimes wear a skirt to church. I wear my hair on the shorter side. Not much on makeup here. BUT I AM A WOMAN and always have been, no matter what my physical body told me. Josie, enjoy your life. Josie's great understanding parents, enjoy both of your daughters. Anyone with negative opinions, well it's just NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS.
Shame the stupid little stuck up boy. He was born a boy and is a boy. Give him a big mirror and let him see his face and let him hear is voice. He is putting it over for publicity. Shame him in front of everyone tell his comes down to earth and acts normally. Long hair and a doll do not male him a girl.
long hair and dolls won't make HERa girl HER soul will, HER mind will!!!children are very smart and know what they are!I'm happy for her, i knew i was a girl from when i was four and i looked like one also,I still do and i am soooo happy!
Josie is an inspiration to a lot of people, including me. I don't think people fully understand how painful and agonizing this problem can be when left unchecked.

Her parents ARE great for letting her be herself.
