Tram vs Volkswagen Phaeton (7 pics)

Last Thursday, an accident occurred in the downtown of Tallinn, in which a Volkswagen Phaeton crashed into a tram.

After the collision, the tram ran off the rails. Happily, there were no casualties.
According to eyewitnesses: the tram was thrown into the fence of the stadium and got stuck. As a result of collision Volkswagen Phaeton caught fire but was immediately extinguished...

wow what a bad driver... last year i toured around europe and i was just wondering if someone could explain to me why estonia looks so poor compared to the countries near it? For example finland and sweden were really rich, but when you took a one hour boat trip to estonia everything looked like shit... why?
