knight's an idiot. Not just China or the US you see this kind of thing. From the pictures it looks bad. But even the best construction is vulnerable to nature. Shifts in the strata of fluctuating plates can do alot of damage to any building let alone natural settlement on it's foundations. Show me one country that doesn't have this kind of thing. Then spit out your stupid statements.
Oh please, this sort of stuff happens all over in China. Bridges and roads in the US are going bad because they're old; bridges are 40 or fifty years old. Numerous bridges in China collapse that are less than 15 years old. UK has buildings from the 19th century; how many Western buildings do you find that crap out after only a few years? There's plenty in China.
Show me one country that doesn't have this kind of thing ... there are many but for example finland. They dont have earthquakes or any natural disasters near them and the quality of buildings is amazing because of strict laws.
im not 100% sure but judging from that extension cord on the floor i would have to say that this is china town in some american city. I live in detroit and there are many buildings like that here that people live in..
yeah chaz i know what you are talking about.. i live in the "rust belt" too and we have many buildings like this one... because of what happened to the real estate market contractors had to use bad materials to finish these houses...

Read the f***ing heading, it's two-year old!
What vulnerability are you talking about?
