I sure can, and thank you for asking btw. Yeah the guy with the propeller on his back is a childrens novel karakter, well known in scandinavia. He's called Karlson på taket = Karlson on the roof. Basically only children can see him, and he always boasts about being the best at everything, and he can fly, due to the propeller on his back. So looks like superman wanted too call him out on all his crap talk. And Karlson being the deluded guy he is, thinks he has a chance. An answer from a guy in Norway...
I've always thought that Karlson was a sketchy character. If only children can see him, wouldn't that make him the ultimate pedophil known to man. He also looked older than 20 in the movie, but thats probably because of the actor. Anyway, he's like the toothfarie only more pathetic...
