I talked about it on another post: Obesity has nothing to do with being "lazy" or eating too much, it's a spiritual illness (like anorexia), I once went through a major stress and in a month I gained 40 pounds even if I ate normally. Many people who were sexually abused gain weight, the extra pounds are like a "shield" between them and "the predator".

I live in Korea where I am considered to be "fat". I'm 6' 1" tall, and weigh 190 lbs. Trust me, America, the amount of fat people in the good ol' U S of A is not normal by any stretch of the imagination.
