City of Dreams is in the style of a podium, with four towers: namely, the Hard rock Hotel, Crown Towers, the Grand Hyatt Macau, and a 47-storey luxury apartment block. Its three-floor podium includes a mega-casino, over 200 shopping facilities and hotel guest facilities. City of Dreams has a very vast gaming space (420, 000 sq ft), over 20 restaurants and bars one of the largest in the city. This place is even referred to as the Asian Las Vegas and the complex is not yet complete. Well, now let's move on to the photos and look at all this luxury.
Bah, the whole COTAI Strip is a huge flop. It was supposed to be swarming with hotels, but due to a bunch of reasons (of which the financial crisis was merely the last straw) right next to this seemingly amazing development there now sit three huge unfinished hotels.
There's really nothing to do at CoD either, and most gamblers choose casinos downtown precisely because of that and because there's nothing around it except the Venetian on the other side of the road.
