i'm 99% sure that they are all Iranians....i'm an iranian myself so i'd know, and they look like iranians. it's really popular in iran to get your nose done, especially for women...the famous quote is:when the government only allows you to show your face, you have to make your face as beautiful as it can be...whether it be with makeup or with surgery. (there are alot of women in Iran who only wear "hijab" by force of government, and wouldn't if they had the choice.) Tehran (the capital of iran) is in competition with Rio de Janeiro for the nose job capitol of the world!

A couple of years ago I visited Iran. Especially in the big cities like Teheran and Isfahan I saw lots of women with big plasters over their noses. When I asked about this remarkable phenomenon I was told the same explanation as Sherri told above.

they don't just look more western, they look more 'white'. tell it like it is. and if i had one of those big honker noses, i'd want it fixed, too. some of them stopped too soon, though - a few could've used chin implants as well to balance the lower part of their faces.

The problem I have here is that they don't try to match the lighting in both shots, or almost anything. It's easier to make the job look even better if you have better lighting, makeup, newer hair style and updated clothing. But you're not showing the nose job, you're just showing a better photo. A couple shots don't even appear to have any change if you can mentally filter out the differences in photography.
