Wow, one Latvian town is on sale for some 323 thousand dollars…
You can pay by instalments for ten years for a small town with 70 different houses and buildings, among which there are ten residential buildings with 551 apartments, hotel, clinic, hospital, kindergarten, club, post office, boiler house, water tower, garages plus underground bunkers and shelters in case of nuclear war.
The authorities of Latvia decided to take this step because of the hard consequences of the global financial crisis.
So, would anyone like to buy it? ;))

I think it is Skrunda-2 and it is build for 5000 people. Till 1995 there was a Soviet radiolocation station Darjal – UM . Now it is a ghost city...[/right]
