That is great! it's good to see a country that takes care of the one's who are unable to do it. In America, you get thrown into a big cell with up to 20 other people, and a concrete floor, here they mend your clothes, and give you a warm bed to sleep in! You'd never see that in CAnada or the USA.
In Poland such facilities work too. But, unlike in Russia, you are unwillingly charged with approx. 250 Zloty (60 Euro). So it's quite expensive to spend a night in this "hotel" :)
