International Wine Challenge is a prestigious wine competition in London. I wouldn’t mind to have such a job: spending the whole day walking and tasting, at your leisure, wines. Easy job, and I will never spit out wine like these judges do :)

I've been explained the "ways" to drink it and why, but there's no one that can explain to me why they make it such an arrogant activity.

ALL you are bunch of idiots.. you don't know a single thing wine and you say it's a waste of time.... Next time do some research about wine and why people enjoy and cherish it... I work in the restaurant business so I know a quite a bit of knowledge about wine.

I know they look for the texture, the sweet/bitterness, how well it goes down, etc etc.

It's still a fuckin' drink at the end of the day. And if you like buying a bunch just to taste them, you lead a very boring, yet wealthy, life.
