Some Ukrainian artist made a series of wallpapers which are quite interesting.
He has a very particular and weird style, but that changes from what you are used to see in other wallpaper galleries.

They're a little depressing, no?

I'm not really one to talk, my current (for the past 4+ months) wallpaper is this gray damask stylized print that fades to black on both sides.

It's dark, sure, but it makes my desktop look less busy - more serene.
