As important as vitamin D is for the human body - you really needn't destroy your skin to get it. Some people look better with a healthy summer glow... but when you look like an oompa loompa reject maybe it's time to start wearing the sunblock.

The bodybuilders (and probably most of the others) they use a bronzing cream that they rub on to make their muscles show more definition. Wouldn't be surprised that girls would and posers would do it too.

Ouch ouch OUUUUUCH = the totally white guy with burned red arms and face... I myself am really white-skinned and get sunburn so easy, even mild is painful, so I feel so sorry for that guy. n_sad
