mostly bean sprouts and cabbage.. considering an entire head of cabbage only has about 50 calories, it's easy to stay slim when the bulk of what your eating is so low in calorie

Mung bean sprouts, to be precise. You can get them in the produce department at most grocery stores. Ask.

Japanese Office Worker doesn't eat such crazy meal.

Several restraint in Japan serve crazy meal.

Poor stupid student try, almost fail.

#7 Right Bowl　is pretty big than normal size.
But,it is NOT in japan.
