The eyes aren't photoshopped. Many of these girls are wearing circle lenses, which are contact lenses with a large fake iris to make eyes appear larger. As you can see, some are coloured blue and such.

most of them(99.9%) undergo lid surgery to enlarge the eyes and get the lid fold. add the contacts(which are oversized and pretty dangerous to wear) and fake lashes...that makes all the difference. most of them have a nice oval face and high foreheads ...its all in the 'eyes' .
