Cooking Using USB Adapters (6 pics)

Posted in Lifestyle » Food   7 Sep 2010   / 14029 views

Computer geniuses and programmers might like this idea of cooking meat and other meals using USB adapters. It’s not difficult. And the best part about this way of cooking is that you don’t have to leave your working place. Sit in front of your monitor and cook at the same time.

No, why ?

The cost for a small electric fryer or small propane grill is ten times less than all that crap - plus you have to wire the thing up and the surface heat is so small. Big Waste of time & space.

Lol, pretty useless but a nice experiment nevertheless.
5 x 6 = 30 ports
30 x 500mA = 15A @ 5V
15A x 5V = 75W

Google for 'fry egg cpu' and you see someone using less wires and only 60W (TDP) ;)

why don't order a hamburguer to your work place, is more cheap than waste electricity, or much better, why not eat at lunchtime? ...thats for lazy fatsos!
