If you don’t know what cowboy Henk comics are, they are Belgium adult comics. There is nothing too risqué but the humor is definitely for adults. They are not outrageously funny but rather some subtle humor.

It doesn't translate that well in every case, and some of the comics are from the 80s!!! Cowboy Henk still is a weekly issue here in some magazines here in Belgium, obviously it has evolved a lot over the years, so maybe someone who owns the collector's edition albums could upload some comics? Maybe an effort could be made to translate them? count me in if someone has the dutch versions

translation is not the problem at all- you either appreciate this type of humor or not.

anyway, there are more than a few similar comics like this in the states, although they are not 'mainstream'.

"red meat", "durf", and "frank" are a couple off the top of my head...
