In these times of economy crises, some people are working hard to keep their budgets, while others that work at Google are being paid top dollar to stay in their positions and not cross over to other companies such as Facebook.
Some people argue that giving employees incentives to stay increases other employees to sniff around and see what job openings competitors have, and therefore get their own incentive bonus.
I think we are all asking ourselves is where do we sign up. However, after reading a few of the job interview questions that Google asks of its prospective clients that might not be so easy! We can still dream right.
