is certainly NOT a bike
the "bi" in bike means 2 (=2 wheels)
the thing at the back is a larger version of a Harley D suitcase
(Harley D is Not a bike either)

obviously the alien that built this thing has NO idea what it is to go 120 m/h knee-down !! but I am sure he is holding up a LOT of traffic on his 'wild ride'
